Our seven-day trip with India Personal Tours through northern India – with stops in Jaipur, Agra and Delhi – was a very special experience in every respect. From the warm welcome by our great guide Kunal Singh Shekhawat at the airport to the departure day we felt superbly looked after and accompanied by our guide as well as our friendly driver Vipin.
From the very beginning, a very personal, warm atmosphere was created. It didn’t feel like a classic guided tour, but rather like traveling with a good friend. This openness, cordiality and attention has marked our journey from the beginning and has given it a special lightness.
In addition to the many exciting insights into history, culture and architecture, it was above all the personal exchange that made this trip so enriching. The conversations, the small details and the fine sense of what interests us made every day special.

We visited six cities over two weeks, most in Rajasthan, and our guides and drivers -- all friendly and caring -- made sure we got the most out of every site, including some unplanned stops. The hotels Manu and his team chose for us were all also first rate. The company met all our expectations, and we're already planning a trip back!
Far beyond anything we could have ever imagined for our first trip to India. We joined India Personal Tours, and a small group of like-minded folks, for an amazing 14-day ride through Rajasthan. An unbelievable itinerary took us to places we would never have found under our own steam, from the wonderful chaos of Dehli to small rural villages like Narlai and so many more mind-blowing towns and cities in between, there were unforgettable experiences at every turn. Each new hotel we arrived at seemed better than the last, and we often found ourselves awestruck at where we were staying.
Our expert guide, Gudu was absolutely brilliant. Always on hand to share his wealth of knowledge and tips on each location - covering everything with a broad historical, cultural, architectural, gastronomical and spiritual perspective that made each new experience all the richer. Not a bad singing voice either! Gudu also had an uncanny knack for ‘herding the kittens’ of our group, his bright green beret and big smile became a beckon for us as we wandered through crowded temples, havelis and bazaars. He created a warm family atmosphere among our group, was flexible enough to tailor days for our group and even welcomed us into his own family home when we visited the Golden City of Jaisalmer.
Big shout out to our unflappable driver, Dev too. The bus rides were super comfy, but I think we managed every to sample every other mode of transport possible too, from crazy rickshaws and tuk-tuk rides, to camels, elephants and even bullock drawn carts!I could go on and on, but we would thoroughly recommend India Personal Tours whether you’ve been to India before or it’s your first time. Halfway through our travels we were already planning our next trip.

A 3 week dream trip through Rajasthan.Perfectly planned, communication in German, with Gulab Singh, our wishes were always taken into account. At the airport we were picked up by Manoj Kumar Das, our driver , who drove u safely through Rajasthan for the next few weeks with his calm, calm manner.Spontaneous tour changes were no problem at all. We went on a 13-day tour of northern India with IPT in a small group of 4 people in February 2026 and were very satisfied with the communication and organization by the agency. Our guide Durgesh jangid welcomed us very friendly at the airport in Delhi and introduced us to Indian culture and way of life in the following days in a friendly, funny and competent way. All the stops of our trip were breathtakingly beautiful and we always felt well looked after, looked after and safe. We would also like to praise our driver Vinod! He safely navigated us hundreds of kilometers through the chaotic Indian traffic conditions and always provided us with water, which was very helpful.

Three and a half weeks for four through northern India - that requires good planning. And we got these: Manu put together a varied tour for us including domestic flights, train rides and safaris, in which he took into account all our wishes (such as family members arriving later from Germany). We were particularly pleased with the reliable availability of the agency: the agency arranged the rebooking of a room in Varanasi within twenty minutes, schedule delays went smoothly, inquiries about everything were answered quickly. Another experience was the spontaneously arranged dinner invitation at a family home in Jaisalmer. The guides were dedicated, as were the drivers, the hotels were expertly selected. A friend and I made our way to the land of colorful colors! In advance, the trip was perfectly planned and organized by our guide Gulab. Gulab speaks perfect German and has an incredible knowledge of which we had the opportunity to gain experience during the trip. At the airport in Delhi we were greeted quite warmly by Gulab and our driver Arvind, who drove us through Rajasthan with a calm and calm manner in the 14 days. The route started in Delhi, continued to Mandawa, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Ranakpur, Udaipur, Jaipur, Ranthambore via Agra back to Delhi. Each city but also each hotel had its own charm. The sights of each city were well selected and brought closer by Gulab's great knowledge. So we were able to experience the stories and culture of India. When checking into the hotels Gulab was always by our side, he always asked us if we liked the rooms too. There were always perfect hotels booked!!

As a couple we headed to India where our Rajasthan tour started in Delhi, which was perfectly planned in advance of "India Personal Tours" through Gulab. The trip took us via Delhi to Mandawa, Bikaner, Jailsamer, Jodhpur, Ranakpur, Udaipur, Jaipur, Ranthambore via Agra back to Delhi. We were allowed to enjoy the luxury of a private driver who always drove us calmly and safely through the lively streets! The perfectly exceptionally selected hotels welcomed us each time with very different charm and courtesy. Sights and also the culture of India were explained to us by Gulab, who speaks fluent German, with great knowledge and a lot of humor. Highlights of our trip were e.g. The camel ride at sunset in the desert Thar m. Overnight in tent camp, jeep safari in Ranthambore National Park with tiger sighting and not forgetting the swarm of Taj Mahal at sunrise We will never forget this wonderful trip, so India Personal Tours can recommend 100%! We have just returned from a 9 day tour of the Golden Triangle organized for us by this amazing company. From first contact with the wonderful Manu, he was quick to reply and respond to all of my queries. We were guided by the fabulous Hariom and driven by the awesome Vippin and cannot fault any of it. Manu arranged the itinerary as I asked for, booked the hotels I asked for, with suggestions which were spot on, and also recommended places to visit based on our interests. This was our first time to this mad, colourful, wonderful country and we could not have done half of what we managed to see and do without Hariom and Vippin. We are experienced travellers, and usually book things independently but for a first time visit to India we felt we needed a bit of gentle hand holding! Finally, the cost was not that much more than an organized group tour, but without the large bus, 48 other passengers and obligatory carpet shop/jewellery shop/spice shop etc that is often part of a group tour. If you are considering visiting India, do not hesitate to use this fabulous team of lovely people!

• Individual wishes: Kunal has responded quite flexibly to our personal wishes: He took us to an authentic bazaar so I could buy bracelets as a souvenir, and even put in a stop at the Hard Rock Cafe for us.
• Time for the essentials: He never rushed us, but left plenty of room for questions, viewings and photos.
• Excellent coordination: He has been in constant contact with us and has regularly agreed the schedule and times with us.

As a family (5 people) we spent 1 week in the golden triangle in India. Our itinerary included Agra, Jaipur and Delhi. In advance, Mr Singh has been very professional in helping us to put together the itinerary. The contact from request to start of the trip was always very pleasant and we were able to ask all our questions and incorporate wishes into the planning. On site Kunal was our German speaking guide for the entire duration of the trip - we really couldn't have imagined a better tour guide! He was very friendly, accommodating and had extensive historical knowledge of all the sights we visited. In between, we could also always ask questions and talk about topics that interested us (e.g. Indian traditions, religion, politics). Even small changes to the itinerary were possible at any time, as Kunal was very flexible. He also gave us good restaurant recommendations and showed us his favorite places where we could taste street food. In addition, he is very good at photography and knows the best photo spots.
In addition to the tour guide, India Personal Tours also organized a driver including a modern van for us. This experience was also extremely positive and we felt safe in India's crazy road traffic at all times. Annu (our driver) and Kunal (our guide) were the perfect team! Farewell wasn't easy for us.

The Golden Triangle tour with the cities of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur was an exceptionally beautiful experience for us. We travelled in a comfortable, spacious minibus. At Delhi Airport we were warmly welcomed by our guide
Kunal and the driver Annu. Kunal introduced us to Indian culture in a pleasant and uncomplicated way. His German was very understandable and His historical knowledge of each sight was remarkable. We have learned a great deal about the different religions, the history and Residents of India. The daily care on the bus and also the organization of the individual days were super well organized. We had booked the one-week round trip India - Taj Mahal Express via Select Holidays. Our tour guide was Mr. Gulab Singh, who speaks excellent German and often even entertained the tour group with jokes. The main destinations of the trip were Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. He introduced us to his country and the many sights in an extremely appealing way without overwhelming the participants and also gave us insights into his private life. Mr. Singh was very friendly, open-minded and empathetic (organisation of a birthday cake for my wife). We are therefore very happy to recommend Mr. Gulab Singh with his agency!
